Due to the handcrafted nature of our leather products and for hygiene and quality assurance, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong item.

Customized or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

At Ansub Jees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our premium leather products. However, please note that we do not offer refunds—only exchanges for eligible items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.
Damage During Transit
If your item was damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package, along with clear photos of the damaged packaging and item. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution (refund, repair, or replacement).
